AIF® Training


​Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF) Training prepares investment professionals and those managing  investments on behalf of others to carry out their fiduciary responsibilities.  Students who have completed training may sit for the AIF® Exam and become a candidate for the AIF® Designation. 

​In the US, the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® is one of the top ten financial certifications to hold according to U.S. News. ​It is now available in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific through MyFiduciary - Broadridge training alliance.

What is AIF® Training?


​A global best practice standard for advice processes and client care.

The Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) Designation is a professional certification that demonstrates an adviser or other person serving as an investment fiduciary has met certain requirements to earn and maintain the credential.

The purpose of the AIF® Designation is to assure that those responsible for managing or advising on investor assets have a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary duty, the standards of conduct for acting as a fiduciary, and a process for carrying out fiduciary responsibility.

The AIF® Designation is accredited under an international standard by the American National Standards Institute Board.  It is part of an elite group of professional designations that enjoy this recognition.

The initial AIF® training and continuing education for AIF® designees can be fully cross-credited to your CPD requirements.

AIF® Training Options

In-Person Training

Our in-person, one-day classroom training course includes:​​ ​
  • 8 hours of in-person instruction taught by an Instructor.
  • Access to 15 hours of participants self-directed study through a series of online training modules. 
  • The exam is administered online in coordination with a Proctor.​

​Virtual

ur live, instructor-led online course consists of five, two-hour sessions. It includes:
  • 10 hours instructor-led online sessions, completed over 2-week period.
  • 15 hours of self-directed study through a series of online training modules.  
  • The exam is administered online in coordination with a Proctor.​

Online

Our Self-Paced Online course is available on demand to be completed within 90 days of purchase. It includes:
  • 15 hours of self-directed study through a series of online training modules.  
  • The exam is administered online in coordination with a Proctor.
