Assessments and CEFEX Accreditations
Assessments and Accreditations are based on the Prudent Practices handbooks and assessment tools developed by Fi360 and Fi360 Pacific.
Specific handbooks are available for investment stewards, advisors and investment managers. The practices are organised under a four-step Fiduciary Quality Management System that are consistent with the global ISO 9000 Quality Management System standard. Within the four steps, a series of Criteria are provided to define a Global Standard of Excellence.

Fi360 Pacific works with its international partners to provide three levels of assessments for investment stewards, advisors and investment managers:
- A Self-Assessment of Fiduciary Excellence (SAFE), which can be used internally within an organisation to identify opportunities for improvement relative to the Prudent Practices. A SAFE form is available here.
- External, confidential investment governance and process reviews designed to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement relative to the Criteria under each Prudent Practice. Reviews will also suggest priorities, timeframes and options for closing the gaps. Often reviews will also identify areas of significant cost savings.
- Formal CEFEX assessments provided by an independent AIFA analyst, leading to potential global accreditation awarded by the US-based CEFEX Registration Committee.
